Procedure and Responsibilities

• Our customer sends a representative sample to the recycling partner.
• Our customer will receive a firm offer from our recycling partner.
• Our recycling partner will promptly and directly contact our customer for arranging logistics and evaluation of the spent catalyst.
• The recycling partner will assist in documentation, declaration and transportation, based on the information provided.
• Commercial transactions take place directly between the recycling partner and the catalyst user based on beneficial terms agreed.
• The recycling partner issues the Certificate of Consumption.
