Peroxide Chemicals (Pty) Ltd (PCL)
A joint venture set up on the 1960’s between Sasol Chemical Industries (now) and Laporte (now Degussa). Production facilities are located on the Midland Factory of Sasol Polymers in Sasolburg. PCL is the only producer of a significant range of Organic Peroxides on the African continent – a wide range are made locally conforming to Degussa’s high quality standards, and PCL also have access to the entire range of Peroxides made by the group worldwide.
PCL also has access to all the development products within the Group which cater for the continuing and growing needs of both the Polymer and Polyester Resin markets. Supply is made from local storage in Sasolburg.
