History

Degussa Rexim (Nanning) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. a 100% subsidiary of Degussa (China) Co., Ltd., was founded on April 21, 2005. The company was formerly a joint venture founded in April 2001 by Rexim S.A., France, a 100% subsidiary of Degussa Group, and Nanning Only-Time Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a local private company.

In addition to other amino acids, DRNP mainly produces pharmaceutical infusion grade L-Methionine. The world-leading L-Methionine plant of DRNP, with an annual capacity of 340MT was inaugurated in November 2004. It belongs to Degussa’s Exclusive Synthesis & Catalyst Business Unit,

Bearing “solutions to customers” in mind, DRNP will continue its close cooperation with Chinese and international infusion solution and nutrition producers.
